Leadership

  • Nothing kills momentum faster than confusion. People need to know where they're going and why. My job is to cut through the noise, set clear expectations, and make sure everyone's on the same page. I want to give my team the roadmap they need to succeed.

  • I believe in fostering a culture where people feel safe to experiment, make mistakes, and learn from them. It's about building a team that's constantly evolving and improving, and that means providing opportunities for growth and development.

  • Ideas are great, but they're nothing without execution. I define goals and objectives while allowing them the freedom to choose how to achieve them. I aim to foster an environment where my team feels empowered, supported, and motivated to take ownership.

Product and Design

  • Beautiful design is useless if it doesn’t help the user or business achieve a goal. I design experiences that are intuitive and actually solve a problem. If it looks good and works well? Even better.

  • Yes, design systems and guidelines exist for a reason. But if existing patterns don't make sense for how and where people are using it, then it is time to break the rules.

  • I believe in an iterative and data-driven—both qualitative and quantitative—design process. I want my designs out into the world, so I can gather feedback, analyze, and adjust accordingly.
